Seattle, Washington, welcomed Major League Baseball’s All -Star Game for the first time in over two decades, and with it came a fan fest to remember. Capital One’s Play Ball Bark at Lumen Field was ablaze with excitement from July 8th through the 11th while hosting an estimated 85,000 visitors. All had the opportunity to meet baseball superstars, eat delicious food, and immerse themselves in all things baseball, including performing their epic bat flipping skills in Big Freeze’s own All-Star experience, the Bat Flip Cage.
Over 3600 fans stood in queue over the 4-day event to show off their best bat swing and flip in the 360°, 48-camera T-Mobile Home Run DerbyÔ Bat Flip Cage. On a branded home plate, enclosed with immersive client branding, fans busted out their best moves to rival the superstars of major league baseball. The Big Freeze captured and instantly delivered these fun and remarkable video effects, complete with Home Run Hit Cheers audio and magenta fog, which seemed to whirl around the action. An instant replay of each branded effect displayed on the jumbotron to entertain thousands of cheering fans and draw the curious. Fans were immediately able to view, download, and share through email, social media and more.
